A comforting twist on a classic, combining the rich flavors of Philly cheese steak with hearty pasta in a creamy cheese sauce.
Ingredients
Scale
- 8 ounces penne or rigatoni pasta
- 1 pound flank steak or sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 cup provolone or American cheese, shredded
- 1 medium green bell pepper, sliced

- Cook the Steak: Push the veggies aside, increase heat slightly, and cook the steak until browned on all sides, about 4-5 minutes.
- Combine with Broth: Pour in beef broth and let it simmer for about 3 minutes.
- Create the Cheese Sauce: Lower heat, gradually stir in cheese, and let it melt into a creamy sauce.
- Mix it All Together: Add the cooked pasta into the skillet, tossing until coated in the sauce.
- Finish with Herbs: Sprinkle with fresh parsley or oregano before serving.
- Serve Warm: Dish up hot and enjoy!
