Description

Delightful sliders made of crispy hash browns, perfectly fried eggs, and tangy pickles, ideal for any meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups frozen or fresh hash browns
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup dill pickles, sliced
  • 4 slices sharp cheddar or pepper jack cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. If using fresh potatoes, rinse and grate them, then squeeze out excess moisture. Thaw frozen hash browns if using.
  2. Heat butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Once melted, add hash browns and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden. Flip and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
  3. In another skillet, add butter and crack the eggs. Fry until the whites are set and the yolks are runny, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Assemble sliders: place a hash brown, cheese slice, fried egg, and pickles on top. Add another hash brown to complete the slider.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Experiment with spicy pickles for a kick, and feel free to use sweet potatoes or non-dairy cheese for substitutions.
