Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Let the brie cheese soften at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface to 1/4 inch thick and cut into tree shape.
- Mix cranberries, pistachios, honey, and herbs in a bowl.
- Spread softened brie onto the pastry, leaving a border.
- Layer the cranberry and pistachio mixture on the brie evenly.
- Fold pastry edges over the filling and seal.
- Brush with egg wash for a golden finish.
- Bake on a lined sheet for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
