Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan with butter and dust it lightly with flour.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter and cream cheese until creamy and well-combined, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Gradually add the powdered sugar, beating until smooth and fluffy.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, blending well after each addition, and scrape down the sides of the bowl.
  6. Mix in the pistachio cream and vanilla extract until incorporated.
  7. Gradually add flour and salt, mixing until just combined.
