Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add in the eggs one at a time, ensuring each one is well incorporated.
  4. Stir in the vanilla and pistachio cream until smooth.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder, then gradually add this to the wet ingredients alternating with the milk, starting and ending with the flour.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for about 30-40 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
