Ingredients

Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Rinse and pat dry your chicken pieces. Make sure to season them well with salt and pepper.
- Create the Marinade: In a bowl, mix together pomegranate molasses, sumac, minced garlic, and olive oil.
- Marinate the Chicken: Coat the chicken pieces in the marinade, ensuring each bit is well-covered. Let it marinate for at least an hour, ideally overnight.
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
