Ingredients
- Chicken pieces (bone-in, skin-on)
- Pomegranate juice
- Sumac
- Olive oil
- Garlic, minced
- Salt

- Fresh herbs (like parsley or cilantro)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare the chicken by rinsing and patting dry.
- Combine olive oil, minced garlic, sumac, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Coat the chicken pieces thoroughly with the mixture.
- Marinate for at least 30 minutes (optional).
- Arrange the chicken skin-side up in a baking dish.
- Pour pomegranate juice over the chicken and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds (optional).
