  • 1 tbsp butter (for cooking)
  • Powdered sugar (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix until smooth.
  2. Flatten each slice of bread with a rolling pin.
  3. Spread pumpkin mixture on one edge of each slice and roll up, tucking in the sides.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
  5. In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Dip each roll in this mixture.
  6. Place rolls seam-side down in the skillet, cooking for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
