Ingredients

  • ½ cup melted butter
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ½ cup sugar
  • Additional whipped topping for garnish
  • Cinnamon or crushed graham crackers for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until mixed.
  3. Press crust mixture into a 9×13 inch baking pan and bake for 10 minutes until lightly golden. Allow to cool.
  4. In a bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth, then fold in whipped topping and spread over cooled crust.
  5. Mix pumpkin puree, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sugar in another bowl until smooth, then fold in whipped topping and spread over cream cheese layer.
  6. Top with additional whipped topping and garnish as desired.
  7. Chill dessert for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Slice and serve cold.
