- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup melted butter
- ¼ cup sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ½ cup sugar
- Additional whipped topping for garnish
- Cinnamon or crushed graham crackers for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until mixed.
- Press crust mixture into a 9×13 inch baking pan and bake for 10 minutes until lightly golden. Allow to cool.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth, then fold in whipped topping and spread over cooled crust.
- Mix pumpkin puree, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sugar in another bowl until smooth, then fold in whipped topping and spread over cream cheese layer.
- Top with additional whipped topping and garnish as desired.
- Chill dessert for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Slice and serve cold.
Notes
For a healthier option, substitute with coconut sugar or maple syrup. Chill time is essential for the best results.
