Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the pumpkin purée, sugar, and spices until smooth.
- In another bowl, beat the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- If using, dissolve gelatin in warm water and whisk it into the pumpkin mixture.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the pumpkin mixture in batches.
- Spoon the mixture into serving cups and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight.
- Garnish with whipped cream and enjoy!
