Description

A creamy and airy dessert that captures the essence of fall, blending pumpkin purée with warm spices and whipped cream.


Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the pumpkin purée, sugar, and spices until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, beat the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. If using, dissolve gelatin in warm water and whisk it into the pumpkin mixture.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the pumpkin mixture in batches.
  5. Spoon the mixture into serving cups and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight.
  6. Garnish with whipped cream and enjoy!
