Description

Delicious chicken skewers marinated in ranch seasoning, garlic, and Parmesan, grilled to perfection for a summer favorite that brings everyone together.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1/4 cup ranch seasoning
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh herbs (parsley or basil), for garnish
  • Skewers (bamboo or metal)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine chicken, ranch seasoning, minced garlic, olive oil, and grated Parmesan. Mix well and let marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  2. If using bamboo skewers, soak them in water for about 30 minutes to prevent burning. Metal skewers should be clean and ready for use.
  3. Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  6. Garnish with extra Parmesan and chopped herbs before serving. Enjoy hot with your favorite dipping sauce or alongside grilled vegetables.

Notes

Marinate the chicken longer for extra flavor. Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken is cooked properly.
