Description
Delicious chicken skewers marinated in ranch seasoning, garlic, and Parmesan, grilled to perfection for a summer favorite that brings everyone together.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
- 1/4 cup ranch seasoning
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh herbs (parsley or basil), for garnish
- Skewers (bamboo or metal)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chicken, ranch seasoning, minced garlic, olive oil, and grated Parmesan. Mix well and let marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- If using bamboo skewers, soak them in water for about 30 minutes to prevent burning. Metal skewers should be clean and ready for use.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Garnish with extra Parmesan and chopped herbs before serving. Enjoy hot with your favorite dipping sauce or alongside grilled vegetables.
Notes
Marinate the chicken longer for extra flavor. Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken is cooked properly.
