Instructions

- In another bowl, mix sugar, vegetable oil, and eggs until combined. Then add buttermilk, vanilla extract, and red food coloring and stir.

- Spread the batter evenly in the greased baking pan.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before frosting with cream cheese icing.
