Instructions
- Measure and prepare the Rice Chex cereal in a large mixing bowl and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the chocolate and peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour the melted mixture over the Rice Chex and gently fold to coat.
- Transfer the coated cereal to a resealable bag with powdered sugar, seal, and shake until coated.
- Spread the mixture onto the lined baking sheet and let cool completely.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to a week.
