Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and roast for 15-20 minutes until tender and caramelized.
  3. In a skillet, sauté diced chicken over medium heat until cooked through (5-7 minutes) and add onions and garlic until softened.
  4. Sprinkle flour over cooked chicken and mix to create a roux, cooking for 2 minutes.
  5. Gradually stir in cream or milk, stirring until mixture thickens.
  6. Add roasted broccoli and cheddar cheese to the mixture, stirring until cheese melts.
