Description

A tender and juicy Roasted Butterball Turkey Breast that makes every family gathering memorable, enriched with garlic and fresh herbs.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Butterball turkey breast (fresh or properly thawed)
  • 2 tablespoons butter (softened)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Fresh rosemary (to taste)
  • Fresh thyme (to taste)
  • Fresh sage (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 cup vegetable or chicken broth (for basting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Prepare the turkey by removing it from the packaging and patting it dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub the softened butter evenly over the turkey breast, reaching under the skin for maximum flavor.
  4. Sprinkle minced garlic, salt, and freshly ground black pepper over the turkey, then drizzle the herbs on top.
  5. Place the turkey breast on a roasting rack in a baking dish, pouring broth at the bottom to keep it moist.
  6. Cook the turkey for approximately 90 to 120 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C), basting every 30 minutes.
  7. Allow the turkey to rest for 15–20 minutes after roasting before carving.

Notes

For best results, allow the turkey to come to room temperature before roasting. Use a meat thermometer to avoid overcooking.
