- 1 cup vegetable or chicken broth (for basting)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Prepare the turkey by removing it from the packaging and patting it dry with paper towels.
- Rub the softened butter evenly over the turkey breast, reaching under the skin for maximum flavor.
- Sprinkle minced garlic, salt, and freshly ground black pepper over the turkey, then drizzle the herbs on top.
- Place the turkey breast on a roasting rack in a baking dish, pouring broth at the bottom to keep it moist.
- Cook the turkey for approximately 90 to 120 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C), basting every 30 minutes.
- Allow the turkey to rest for 15–20 minutes after roasting before carving.
