Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Place tomatillos and jalapeños on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until blistered.

- Let the roasted ingredients cool, then transfer them along with cilantro, lime juice, and salt to a blender.
- Blend until smooth or slightly chunky, adjusting lime or salt as needed.
