  • 2 Salmon fillets (fresh, skin-on or skinless)
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 1 Lemon, sliced
  • 1 Lime, sliced
  • Fresh herbs (Dill, parsley, or thyme)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Optional: Thinly sliced vegetables (zucchini, bell peppers)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut a piece of parchment paper into a large heart shape.
  3. Place the salmon fillet in the center of the parchment, skin-side down.
  4. Season it generously with salt and pepper.
  5. Dot the salmon with tablespoons of butter.
  6. Squeeze fresh citrus juice over the salmon and place slices directly on top.
  7. Fold the parchment over the salmon, sealing it tightly.
  8. Place the wrapped salmon on a baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes.
  9. Open the parchment carefully and serve immediately.
