- 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter
- 1 Lemon, sliced
- 1 Lime, sliced
- Fresh herbs (Dill, parsley, or thyme)
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Optional: Thinly sliced vegetables (zucchini, bell peppers)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut a piece of parchment paper into a large heart shape.
- Place the salmon fillet in the center of the parchment, skin-side down.
- Season it generously with salt and pepper.
- Dot the salmon with tablespoons of butter.
- Squeeze fresh citrus juice over the salmon and place slices directly on top.
- Fold the parchment over the salmon, sealing it tightly.
- Place the wrapped salmon on a baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes.
- Open the parchment carefully and serve immediately.
