- 2 lemons, sliced
- 2 oranges, sliced

- Fresh dill, to taste
- Fresh parsley, to taste
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Optional: thinly sliced bell peppers, asparagus, or summer squash
Instructions

- Cut out enough parchment paper to create a pocket for each salmon fillet.
- Place each fillet in the middle of a parchment sheet, skin-side down.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper generously over the salmon.
- Add a thick pat of butter on top of each fillet, followed by slices of lemon and orange.
- Top with your choice of fresh herbs.
- Fold the parchment paper over the salmon, sealing the edges tightly.
- Place the packets on a baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes.
- Open the packets carefully, letting steam escape. Serve immediately.
Notes
Ensure that you don’t overcook the salmon; it should flake easily but remain moist. Rest the fish for a few minutes after baking for optimal texture.
