  2. Mixing the Base: In a large bowl, combine flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, and herbs.
  3. Add the Binder: Mix in beaten eggs to bind the mixture.
  4. Seasoning: Add salt, pepper, and lemon juice, adjusting to taste.
  5. Shaping: Form the mixture into small discs.
