Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, warm a drizzle of olive oil and add chopped onions and minced garlic. Cook until the onions are translucent and fragrant.
  2. Crumble in your ground sausage, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through, approximately 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add crushed tomatoes and your choice of broth. Stir well and bring the mixture to a gentle boil.
  4. Once boiling, add the lasagna noodles and cook according to package instructions (usually around 8-10 minutes) until al dente, stirring often.
