  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 large eggs

  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter, for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Butter a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the corn, cheddar cheese, herbs, salt, and pepper.
  4. Whisk together the eggs and milk in another bowl.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the corn mixture and stir until combined.
  6. Transfer the mixture into the greased dish, spreading it evenly.
  7. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool for 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
