Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Wash the broccoli thoroughly and cut it into bite-sized florets. Chop your bacon into small pieces and mince the garlic.
  2. Cook the bacon: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the chopped bacon. Cook until crispy, about 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the bacon with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
  3. Sauté the broccoli: In the same skillet, keeping the bacon drippings, add the broccoli florets. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until bright green and tender.
  4. Add garlic and flavorings: Lower the heat and add the minced garlic. Stir for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the soy sauce and toss to coat.
