Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Fold in your grated cheese and chopped olives, allowing them to coat in flour for even distribution.
- Whisk together the milk and eggs in another bowl.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently mix until just combined.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Sprinkle with extra herbs or cheese on top for added flavor.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
