Instructions

- Preheat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Use a cookie scoop to portion the batter onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles form, about 2–3 minutes.
- Flip each pancake bite and cook for another 2 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from heat and add toppings like powdered sugar or fruit.
