- 2 lb Beef Chuck Roast
- 1 cup Barbecue Sauce
- 1 large Onion, sliced
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Cumin
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Trim excess fat off the beef chuck roast and season with salt, pepper, and spices.
- Optional: Sear beef in a hot skillet until golden brown on all sides.
- Layer sliced onions and minced garlic at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Add the seared beef on top of the onions and garlic.
- Pour barbecue sauce and beef broth over the beef.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the beef using two forks and mix with the sauce before serving.
