- 1 large yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 4 dill pickles, sliced
- 4 soft potato rolls or classic burger buns

Instructions
- Prepare the patties: In a bowl, combine ground beef with salt, pepper, and your favorite spices. Form into patties slightly larger than the buns.
- Cook the onions: Cook sliced onions in a skillet over medium heat with oil until caramelized, about 15 minutes.
- Grill the patties: Cook patties on a preheated grill or skillet for 4-5 minutes per side, adding BBQ sauce and cheese in the last minute.
