S’mores Brownies

Description

Indulge in rich, gooey S’mores Brownies that combine fudgy chocolate, graham cracker crunch, and fluffy marshmallows.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 2 cups Mini Marshmallows
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in the granulated and brown sugars until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs and whisk them in one at a time.
  4. Incorporate the cocoa powder, flour, and salt, stirring until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips gently.
  5. Spread half of the brownie batter into the baking pan, then sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs and half the marshmallows. Top with the remaining brownie batter.
  6. Finish by adding the remaining graham cracker crumbs, chocolate chips, and marshmallows on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  8. Cool in the pan before slicing and serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

For extra decadence, drizzle with melted chocolate after baking.
