Description
Indulge in rich, gooey S’mores Brownies that combine fudgy chocolate, graham cracker crunch, and fluffy marshmallows.

- 1 cup Butter
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 2 cups Mini Marshmallows
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in the granulated and brown sugars until smooth.
- Add the eggs and whisk them in one at a time.
- Incorporate the cocoa powder, flour, and salt, stirring until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips gently.
- Spread half of the brownie batter into the baking pan, then sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs and half the marshmallows. Top with the remaining brownie batter.
- Finish by adding the remaining graham cracker crumbs, chocolate chips, and marshmallows on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool in the pan before slicing and serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
For extra decadence, drizzle with melted chocolate after baking.
