Ingredients

- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- ½ cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it lightly.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
- In a separate large mixing bowl, beat together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
- Add in the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the vanilla extract until combined.
- Gradually incorporate the dry mixture into the wet mixture, alternating with the milk until just combined.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows, being careful not to overmix.
- Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about ¾ full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let them cool in the pan for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For an extra touch of flavor, sprinkle crushed graham crackers and extra chocolate chips on top before baking.
