Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven and follow the instructions on the cake mix box to bake the cake in a greased pan until a toothpick comes out clean. Let it cool completely.
  2. Crumble the cooled cake into a large mixing bowl until fine crumbs form.
  3. Add frosting to the crumbled cake, mixing until it forms a cohesive dough.
  4. Roll the mixture into balls, making some larger for the snowman’s body and smaller for the head.
  5. Chill the formed cake pops on a lined baking sheet for about 30 minutes.
  6. Melt chocolate chips or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  7. Dip the end of a lollipop stick in melted chocolate before inserting it into each cake pop.
  8. Dip each cake pop into the melted chocolate and immediately decorate with treats before the coating hardens.
  9. Let the pops set upright until the coating hardens.
