- 12 oz egg noodles
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 dash paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with onions and garlic until cooked through.
- In a mixing bowl, combine noodles, beef mixture, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Transfer mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
