- 2 ripe mangoes, sliced

Instructions
- Prepare the marinade by combining olive oil, lime juice, cumin, paprika, and cayenne pepper in a bowl; whisk until blended.
- Place the chicken in a resealable bag or dish, pour the marinade over it, and let it sit for at least 30 minutes or overnight for more flavor.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high and brush the grates lightly with oil.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, ensuring it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- In the last few minutes, grill the mango slices for about 2-3 minutes on each side until caramelized.
- Serve the sliced chicken topped with grilled mango and garnish with fresh cilantro. Serve with lime wedges.
Notes
