- 1 can Rotel tomatoes, drained

- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the cream cheese, sausage, Rotel tomatoes, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes in a large mixing bowl.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with toothpicks or your favorite dipping sauce.
