- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup whole milk, warmed
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
- 2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)
Instructions
- Warm milk to about 110°F and mix with yeast; let sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
- Add melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, and salt to the yeast mixture; gradually fold in flour to form a soft dough.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm area until doubled in size (1-2 hours).
- Punch down dough, roll out to 1/4-inch thick, spread butter, sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar, then roll tightly.
- Cut into 2-inch pieces and place in a greased baking dish; let rise until puffy (30-45 minutes).
- Preheat oven to 350°F and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix powdered sugar and milk for glaze, then drizzle over warm rolls.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

For a dairy-free version, substitute coconut oil for butter and use a dairy-free milk alternative.
