Instructions
- Prepare the Strawberry Filling: Toss sliced strawberries with 3/4 cup sugar and let sit for about 30 minutes.
- Make the Crust: Combine flour, 1/2 cup sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Cut in butter until crumbly.
- Create the Almond Crumble: Stir in sliced almonds and rolled oats to the flour mixture.
- Assemble the Pie: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spoon strawberry filling into pie dish and top with almond crumble.
- Bake: Place on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes until crumble is golden brown.
- Cool and Serve: Allow pie to cool for at least 15 minutes, then serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
