Instructions
- Prepare the strawberries: Wash, hull, and chop them into small pieces.
- Cream the cheese: In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and fluffy. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, blending well.
- Mix in strawberries: Gently fold in the chopped strawberries, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
- Chill the mixture: Cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Form the balls: Use a small cookie scoop or your hands to form small balls, roughly 1 inch in diameter.
- Coat in graham crackers: Roll each ball in the crushed graham crackers until fully coated.
