Description
Delicious crispy cheeseburger wraps perfect for Game Day gatherings, packed with seasoned beef, ooey-gooey cheese, and fresh toppings.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Lettuce, chopped
- Tomato, diced
- Pickles, sliced
- 1 tbsp oil for cooking
Instructions
- Prep the Beef Mixture: In a skillet over medium heat, sauté chopped onions and minced garlic until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes. Add the ground beef, cooking until browned. Drain excess fat, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cheese It Up: Once the beef is browned, lower the heat and sprinkle cheese over the top. Allow it to melt into a delicious ooey-gooey goodness, mixing it lightly into the beef.
- Wrap It Up: Place a generous portion of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each tortilla. Top with your favorite fresh ingredients before folding in the sides and rolling up tightly.
- Get Crispy: Heat a little oil in the skillet again. Place the folded wraps seam-side down. Cook on medium-high heat until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Serve and Enjoy: Slice your wraps in half to expose the cheesy filling, and serve them hot (and maybe with a side of your favorite dipping sauce).
Notes
Customize with toppings like jalapeños or crispy bacon. Great for any gathering, not just the Super Bowl!
