- 1/2 cup sweet and spicy pepper jelly
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp fresh chives or cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
- Crackers, for serving
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients: Make sure your cream cheese is softened.
- Mix the softened cream cheese with half of the pepper jelly and the garlic powder in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add fresh herbs and stir to boost flavor and appearance.
- Form the mixture into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap; flatten the top slightly.
- Chill for at least 120 minutes, or overnight if possible.
- Coat with chopped nuts or herbs if desired after chilling.
- Serve with the remaining pepper jelly on the side.
