- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
Instructions
- Pat the salmon dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, brown sugar, sea salt, minced garlic, and chopped herbs.
- Rub the marinade generously all over the salmon, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Preheat the Traeger grill to 180°F.
- Place the marinated salmon on the grill grates and smoke for 1 to 2 hours, until reaching an internal temperature of 145°F.
- Remove the salmon and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
