Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

Instructions

  1. Pat the salmon dry with paper towels.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, brown sugar, sea salt, minced garlic, and chopped herbs.
  3. Rub the marinade generously all over the salmon, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
