- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (or dark chocolate chips)
- 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients and preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) if baking.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, combine the peanut butter, confectioners’ sugar, and vanilla extract, stirring until well mixed.
- Add half of the melted chocolate to the peanut butter mixture and mix gently.
- Spread the peanut butter mixture into a greased baking dish or mini tart pans.
- Drizzle the remaining melted chocolate over the top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour to set.
- Cut into squares or serve in tart pans and enjoy!
Notes
For a crunchier texture, use crunchy peanut butter instead of creamy. Adjust sweetness by modifying the confectioners’ sugar.
