Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (or dark chocolate chips)
  • 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients and preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) if baking.
  2. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the peanut butter, confectioners’ sugar, and vanilla extract, stirring until well mixed.
  4. Add half of the melted chocolate to the peanut butter mixture and mix gently.
  5. Spread the peanut butter mixture into a greased baking dish or mini tart pans.
  6. Drizzle the remaining melted chocolate over the top.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour to set.
  8. Cut into squares or serve in tart pans and enjoy!

Notes

For a crunchier texture, use crunchy peanut butter instead of creamy. Adjust sweetness by modifying the confectioners’ sugar.
