Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, chopped onion, egg, salt, pepper, and half of the sage in a large bowl.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  5. Prepare the sauce by heating olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté the remaining garlic and onion for about 2 minutes.

  7. Add the remaining sage, and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Combine the meatballs with the sauce and let them simmer for an additional 5-10 minutes.
