Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Sauté the filling: In a large skillet, heat olive oil, add minced garlic and sliced mushrooms, cooking until browned.
  3. Prepare the pastry by rolling out thawed puff pastry on a floured surface.
  4. Arrange the sautéed mushroom mixture evenly in a greased tartlet pan.
  5. Cover with pastry, tucking down the sides and trimming excess, then brush with egg wash.
