Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Sauté the filling: In a large skillet, heat olive oil, add minced garlic and sliced mushrooms, cooking until browned.
- Prepare the pastry by rolling out thawed puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Arrange the sautéed mushroom mixture evenly in a greased tartlet pan.
- Cover with pastry, tucking down the sides and trimming excess, then brush with egg wash.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
- Cool for a few minutes before flipping onto a serving plate.
- Serve warm, paired with a salad or side dish.
