Description

A rich and creamy fudge recipe that embodies love and joy, perfect for celebrating Valentine’s Day.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups high-quality chocolate (dark or semi-sweet)
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Sea salt (for sprinkling)

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the chocolate and butter. Stir frequently until fully melted and smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a lined baking dish and spread it evenly with a spatula.
  4. Let it cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes, then refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
  5. Once firm, lift the fudge from the dish using parchment paper. Cut it into squares and sprinkle sea salt on top.

Notes

For a nutty version, add crushed almonds or walnuts. Ensure to stir well to prevent clumping when melting chocolate.
