- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
- 1 cup White Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a pizza pan or line with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter and white chocolate chips together in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals.
- In a large bowl, mix the melted chocolate and butter with brown and granulated sugar.
- Add the eggs one at a time, whisking thoroughly after each. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Gently fold in the flour and salt until just combined.
- Pour the batter onto the prepared pizza pan and spread evenly. Optionally, sprinkle extra white chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature with toppings of your choice.
