Description

Delightful clusters of white chocolate, tart cranberries, and crunchy pecans perfect for sharing during festive gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients. Start by measuring out your pecans and cranberries. If you have whole pecans, chop them coarsely.
  2. Melt the white chocolate. In a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler, melt the white chocolate gently. Stir often until it’s smooth and creamy.
  3. Combine the ingredients. Once the chocolate is melted, stir in your cranberries, pecans, and a dash of sea salt until well coated.
  4. Form the clusters. Using a spoon, drop mounds of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Chill and set. Allow the clusters to cool at room temperature or pop them in the fridge until firm.
  6. Enjoy! Once set, serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to a week.

Notes

Feel free to substitute cranberries with other dried fruits or pecans with seeds for a nut-free version.
