Description
Delightful clusters of white chocolate, tart cranberries, and crunchy pecans perfect for sharing during festive gatherings.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients. Start by measuring out your pecans and cranberries. If you have whole pecans, chop them coarsely.
- Melt the white chocolate. In a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler, melt the white chocolate gently. Stir often until it’s smooth and creamy.
- Combine the ingredients. Once the chocolate is melted, stir in your cranberries, pecans, and a dash of sea salt until well coated.
- Form the clusters. Using a spoon, drop mounds of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill and set. Allow the clusters to cool at room temperature or pop them in the fridge until firm.
- Enjoy! Once set, serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to a week.
Notes
Feel free to substitute cranberries with other dried fruits or pecans with seeds for a nut-free version.
