Instructions

- Fold in chocolate chips evenly.
- Portion dough onto prepared sheets, leaving space between each cookie.
- Sprinkle a touch of sea salt on each cookie dough ball before baking.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are golden but centers are slightly underbaked.
- Cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks.
