Ingredients

  • 4 cups apple juice
  • 4 cups orange juice
  • 2 cups sparkling water or lemon-lime soda

  • 2 tablespoons honey or simple syrup (to taste)
  • Slices of oranges, lemons, and apples
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • Sprigs of fresh mint or rosemary

Instructions

  1. Gather all your juices, fresh fruits, spices, and sweetener.
  2. In a pitcher, combine equal parts apple juice and orange juice.
  3. Add grated fresh ginger to the juices, stirring well.
  4. Sprinkle in ground cinnamon and cloves, stirring to incorporate.
  5. Add honey or simple syrup according to taste and stir until dissolved.
  6. Just before serving, pour in the sparkling water or soda.
