- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp unflavored gelatin

Instructions
- Bloom the gelatin in cold water and let it sit for 5-10 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the sweetened condensed milk mixture.
- Gently warm the bloomed gelatin until liquefied and stir it into the vanilla mixture.
- Pour half of the mixture into a separate bowl and mix in the cocoa powder until fully combined.
- In a prepared loaf pan, alternate layers of vanilla and chocolate mixtures to create a zebra pattern.
- Cover the pan with plastic wrap and chill in the freezer for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
- Once set, remove from the freezer, let sit for 10 minutes, then slice and serve with garnishes if desired.
