  • 6 cups mini marshmallows
  • 2 teaspoons Thai tea
  • 8 cups Rice Krispies
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Prep the tea: Brew two teaspoons of Thai tea in half a cup of boiling water, steep for 5 minutes, strain, and set aside.
  2. Melt the butter: In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
  3. Add the marshmallows: Stir in the mini marshmallows until fully melted and combined.
  4. Pour in the brewed Thai tea and a pinch of salt, stirring until well incorporated.
  5. Mix in Rice Krispies: Remove from heat and stir until the cereal is evenly coated.
  6. Press into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, firmly creating an even layer.
  7. Cool for 10-15 minutes before cutting into squares.

Notes
