A quick and satisfying crab linguine recipe that combines sweet crab meat with garlic, lemon, and cream for a comforting family meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz linguine
  • 8 oz fresh lump crab meat
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the linguine until al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Gently fold in the crab meat and cream, warming the mixture for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the drained linguine to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed for creaminess.
  5. Finish with lemon juice, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve by twirling the linguine into nests on plates and garnish with extra herbs and lemon zest.

Notes

Serve with a light side salad and a glass of white wine for a perfect meal.
