- 8 oz linguine
- 8 oz fresh lump crab meat
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 cup cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the linguine until al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Gently fold in the crab meat and cream, warming the mixture for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add the drained linguine to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed for creaminess.
- Finish with lemon juice, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Serve by twirling the linguine into nests on plates and garnish with extra herbs and lemon zest.
