Delicious and healthy air fryer turkey meatballs infused with fresh herbs and garlic, perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (white or whole wheat)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil or cooking spray for the air fryer
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, garlic, onion, egg, Parmesan, and your chosen herbs and spices. Mix gently until just combined.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Shape the meat mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
- Lightly coat the air fryer basket with olive oil or cooking spray.
- Place the meatballs in a single layer in the basket, leaving space between them.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Remove them from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
These meatballs can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator or frozen for later use. Great served with pasta or as appetizers.
